Following his legacy, the second generation has remained committed to traditional soy sauce craftsmanship while integrating modern hygiene practices and equipment to ensure the quality of every bottle. Furthermore, a large-scale contract farming system has been implemented, collaborating with Taiwanese farmers to locally source non-GMO soybeans, black beans, and wheat. Today, DYB<br>continues its traditional soy sauce production, dedicating a minimum of 120 days to craft each bottle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Favorable natural conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The southern part of Taiwan enjoys abundant sunshine, making it ideal for food fermentation. Pingtung, at Taiwan\u2019s southernmost tip, is a key production area for edamame and soybeans, featuring the best water sources in the southern Central Mountain Range. Its favorable climate, excellent spring water, and high-quality raw materials create optimal conditions for fermented seasonings.<br><strong>Zhutian<\/strong>&nbsp;boasts advantageous geography and rich water sources, laying a solid foundation for soy sauce brewing. The founder, one of the few brewers with a training license at the time, chose to start his own business. The name \u201cDoyoubo\u201d became known for its commitment to the authentic flavor of traditionally brewed soy sauce.<br>Over time, the founder\u2019s children embraced&nbsp;<strong>Doyoubo<\/strong>\u2018s philosophy, implementing advanced hygiene practices to ensure consistent quality in every bottle of soy sauce while collaborating with Taiwanese farmers for large-scale cultivation.<br>They meticulously select non-GMO soybeans, Taiwanese black beans, and Taiwanese wheat, enforcing strict standards for zero pesticide residue. After 120 to 180 days of brewing, each bottle of naturally brewed soy sauce is finally ready for market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, our sales locations are spread across the entire island of Taiwan, with high-end department stores and supermarkets as the main distribution routes.
