DoYouBo Soy Sauce, a local brand from Pingtung, Taiwan, is honored to be invited for the third consecutive year to participate in the 6th-anniversary celebration of Eslite Nihonbashi in Tokyo. From September 19 to September 21, 2025, we will once again bring a wonderful Taiwanese cooking experience to everyone!

We are delighted that the sharing session co-hosted with Ms. Yamawaki concluded successfully.
この度豆油伯×山脇先生との スペシャルトークイベント が 好評の中 幕を引きました。 来場者に喜んでいただき 本当にうれしいです！
During the event, Ms. Yamawaki shared her experiences from her travels in Taiwan, from sights to culture, offering participants an in-depth understanding of her journey. She also gave a detailed introduction to Doyoubo and the rich culture surrounding soy sauce, including its production process, distinctive flavors, and versatile uses.
山脇先生が台湾旅行中に見聞きしたことをシェアし、観光スポットから文化まで、山脇先生は ご来場の方々に 台湾体験をより深く 紹介しました。また、山脇先生は豆油伯とその関連する醤油文化を丁寧に紹介し、製造プロセス、独特の風味、使用方法の多様性などを含めて語りました。
To provide attendees with a more hands-on experience, we prepared several dishes featuring Doyoubo soy sauce for everyone to taste.
参加者がより直接的な体験をするために、豆油伯の醤油を使用したいくつかの料理を準備し、 ご来場の方々に 味わっていただきました。
Through this cross-cultural exchange, we hope participants not only gained a deeper understanding of Taiwan but also learned more about the Doyoubo and the story behind it.
このような異文化交流を通じて、参加者が台湾について深い理解を得るとともに、豆油伯ブランドと 生い立ち、 経営理念 を詳しく触れることができることを願っています。
