Organized by the Olive Oil Sommelier Association of Japan (OSAJ), Olive Japan is recognized as a leading international competition that evaluates olive oils through professional blind tasting by certified experts from around the world.

Produced in Jaén, Andalusia, Spain, one of the world’s most renowned olive-growing regions, TT Tierras de Tavara Premium carries the European Union DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) certification, ensuring authenticity, traceability, and exceptional quality from origin to bottle.

Crafted exclusively from early-harvest Picual olives, the oil is produced under an integrated estate-to-mill system, with olives pressed within four hours of harvest to preserve maximum freshness and flavor. With an acidity level below 0.2%, it exceeds the standards required for premium extra virgin olive oil.
