「茶姬釀造醬油」は、台湾高雄で契約栽培された茶豆を使用し、 丸大豆 を使用して 醸造された醬油です。 台湾産単独品種の大豆 から醸造した醤油です。

グルテンフリーで、ヨウ素を含まず、保存料も添加されておらず、水で薄められていません。豊かで様々な風味があり、魅力的な味覚の旅を経験したかのようで、余韻が長く残ります。

一般の醬油よりも淡白、塩気は濃厚ですが爽やかで、油っぽさはありません。2023 Great Taste Awardの3つ星賞と最高榮譽金叉獎を受賞し、審査員から「絶対にキッチンに必要な醤油である」と称されました。
