Naturally Brewed Brown Soybean Soy Sauce

The 50th anniversary of Douyoubo is launched with contract farming and Taiwan endemic species brown soybeans planted in the Meinong area of Kaohsiung as single bean raw materials. The soy sauce with a light taste, mellow aftertaste, and unique flavor.

From 2018 to 2021, Taiwan’s edamame will have an average annual export value of 80 million U.S. dollars. “Cha Dou” or Brown Soybean, is one of Taiwan’s edamame varieties. It is famous for having a light taro aroma after steaming. It has been gradually used in various food processing in recent years.

The contract farming Brown Soybean used by Douyoubo are located in Meinong, Kaohsiung. The appearance of the Brown Soybean is brown, and the particles are smaller than traditional soybeans, but they are still rich in soybean elements. During the brewing process, due to the pressing and filtering process, the excess oil of the tea beans is removed. With the perfect ratio of soybeans and wheat, it presents a highly refreshing and light taste bud experience.
